DreamsRedeveloped कोणत्याही बोर्डरूममध्ये तयार झाले नाही. पुण्यातील सोसायट्या प्रति प्रोजेक्ट ₹40–60 लाख गमावताना पाहिल्यानंतर ते उभे राहिले, कारण त्यांच्याकडे स्वतंत्र माहिती, व्यावसायिक रचना आणि त्यांच्या बाजूने बसलेला सल्लागार नव्हता.

मी स्वतः माझ्या सोसायटीमध्ये Chairman म्हणून Redevelopment च्या संपूर्ण प्रक्रियेतून गेलो आणि पुण्यातील अनेक Redevelopment प्रकल्प माहितीच्या आधारावर नव्हे, तर केवळ अंदाज आणि अनुभवाच्या आधारे पुढे जाताना पाहिले. याच अनुभवातून मी DreamsRedeveloped ची सुरुवात केली.
Ideal Colony मधील एका सोसायटीला असा Development Agreement (DA) साइन करण्यास सांगितले जात होते, ज्यामध्ये त्यांच्या Corpus चे मूल्यांकन प्रति फ्लॅट तब्बल ₹40 लाखांनी कमी होते. पण त्यांना याची कल्पनाच नव्हती.
माहिती, अनुभव आणि व्यावसायिक मार्गदर्शनातील ही असमानता दूर करणे — हाच DreamsRedeveloped च्या स्थापनेमागचा मुख्य उद्देश आहे.
मी Chartered Accountant (2004) असून ISB चा alumnus आहे. NSE India आणि Power Exchange India येथे Financial Advisory क्षेत्रात अनेक वर्षे काम करण्याचा अनुभव मला आहे. Capital Markets मध्ये ज्या शिस्तीने आणि अचूकतेने मी काम केले, त्याच rigor आणि दृष्टिकोनाचा उपयोग महाराष्ट्रातील Co-operative Housing Societies साठी सर्वात महत्त्वाच्या निर्णयात करण्याचा माझा प्रयत्न आहे.

[कथा]
महाराष्ट्रात दरवर्षी हजारो co-operative housing societies redevelopment कडे वळतात. त्यापैकी जवळपास प्रत्येक society अशा developer सोबत negotiate करते, ज्याने हे काम अनेक वेळा केलेले असते. society मात्र हे एकदाच करते.
Developer सोबत architect, lawyer, financial model आणि अनेक वर्षांचा negotiation अनुभव असतो. society कडे मात्र रोजच्या नोकऱ्या करणाऱ्या volunteers ची managing committee असते.
ही समान पातळीवरील लढत नाही. DreamsRedeveloped ती समान करण्यासाठी आहे.

आम्ही देत असलेली प्रत्येक service - ₹999 member snapshot पासून ₹12L society engagement पर्यंत - याच principle भोवती रचलेली आहे: table च्या दोन्ही बाजूंनी समान verified numbers वर काम केले पाहिजे.
