I started Dreamsredeveloped after going through the journey myself in our Apartment as a Chairman and watching too many Pune redevelopments run on intuition instead of information.
A society in Ideal Colony was being asked to sign a DA that undervalued their corpus by ₹40 lakhs per flat. They didn't know.
That asymmetry - of information, of experience, of professional support - is what DreamsRedeveloped exists to correct.
I'm a Chartered Accountant (2004), ISB alumnus, and have spent years in financial advisory at NSE India and Power Exchange India. I bring the same rigour I applied in capital markets to the decision that matters most to Maharashtra's co-operative housing societies.
